Maura is absolutely amazing! From the moment I first met her, she treated me as a valued member of her family. She exceeded all expectations as she constantly, patiently demonstrated care & concern for ensuring my wife & I had the most wonderful vacation possible; which we did. When the "world shut down", Maura worked unceasingly with the airlines & tour operators to refund our money; she never gave up despite the resistance of one particular airline not to give a refund. Her efforts resulted in a full refund. Maura stayed in contact with me during the 2 years that followed informing me a few months ago that Italy was re-opened. She then went to work to locate & book the absolute best rates & best services with tour operators & airlines. While we were in Italy, Maura checked-in throughout, (texts, email & calls) to ensure we were doing great. Maura literally "held my hand" throughout the process.

Destination: New Zealand and Cook Islands Trip-of-a-Lifetime

"It was an amazing difference between experiencing the Maori Culture on Rarotonga (Cook Islands) and the Maori village in Rotorua. We really liked the Cooks. The resort staff was fabulous as well the breakfast on the beach. We loved your suggestion to visit the church on the first day we arrived. The atmosphere of the night market was neat. We loved the village night and the dancing and especially the cultural tour on the jeep. The driver was full of information! The snorkeling was great!

The resort in Queenstown was Charles' favorite as it allowed a lot of space for our family and we loved taking the gondola. It was a neat touch. The hotel in Wellington was in a perfect location…

All the Lord of the Rings ours in Queenstown were great. The timing to be in Hobbiton was perfect as well because there were not a lot of tourists and picture taking was easy. Wedda Studios were a hit with the kids but the sheep at the Agrodome were really the Rock Stars. They loved those sheep!

We loved not having to worry about tipping and having free washing machines and laundry detergent wherever we went! Air New Zealand was really a neat airline to fly with, too.

You took the concept of what we wanted about New Zealand and made it real. We could not have done it any better and we really appreciate the relationship with you and long-term willingness to work with us on this trip!”
